PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pipe flaw occurrence prediction system, a metal pipe rolling system, a metal pipe flaw occurrence prediction method, and a manufacturing method of a metal pipe which can conveniently detect a flaw of the metal pipe and suppress the flaw, during rolling.SOLUTION: A metal pipe flaw occurrence prediction system 2 is provided with a flaw occurrence judgement part 21 which measures an outer surface curvature of at least a part of area in the circumferential direction of the metal pipe X during rolling, and judges the presence or absence of the occurrence of the flaw of the metal pipe X based on the outer surface curvature. A metal pipe rolling system 1 is provided with the metal pipe flaw occurrence prediction system 2 and a rolling control part 3 which changes a rolling method for the metal pipe X when it is determined that the flaw occurs on the metal pipe X based on the metal pipe flaw occurrence prediction system 2, and rolling machines 51, 52 which roll the metal pipe X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
