COMPUTER SYSTEM TO ANALYZE USER'S EVALUATION RESULT OF EVALUATION OBJECT, METHOD EXECUTED BY COMPUTER SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a computer system to analyze how each of a plurality of user experiences affects an evaluation index on the basis of a positive influence and a negative influence; a method executed by the computer system; and a program.;SOLUTION: A computer system comprises: receiving means which receives a plurality of results of a plurality of users' evaluating an identical evaluation object; analytical means which analyzes the plurality of evaluation results; and output means which outputs an analysis result of the plurality of evaluation results. Each of the plurality of evaluation results includes: an evaluation index representing a degree of an evaluation when the user evaluates the evaluation object from a predetermined viewpoint; a positive index showing that a user experience when the user determines the evaluation index has a positive influence on the user's evaluation; and a negative index showing that the user experience when the user determines the evaluation index has a negative influence on the user's evaluation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
