PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project index estimation device capable of estimating a variation range of a construction period and costs of a whole project added with a risk which may occur in each process of the project.;SOLUTION: A project index estimation device 1 comprises: an estimated value specification part 11 for, on the basis of the past result information of each of processes constituting a project, specifying for each process an estimated value of a process index indicating at least one of costs and a construction period required for each process: a first arithmetic part 13 for, on the basis of risk information in which occurrence probability of a risk and a degree of influence of the risk on the process index is specified for each process and the estimated value specified for each process, calculating probability distribution about the process index; and a second arithmetic part 14 for, on the basis of the probability distribution of the process index calculated for each process, calculating the probability distribution about a project index indicating at least one of total costs and a total construction period required for the whole project.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
