PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle can body to which an easy opening cap having excellent sealability can be attached without deformation of a curl part.;SOLUTION: A metal bottle can body 11 having: a shank which is cylindrically formed with a can axis as a center; a bottom which closes one end of the shank; a shoulder part 23 which is so extend from the other end of the shank that a diameter thereof is reduced; and a mouthpiece part 24 which extends toward an opening at the other end from the shoulder part 23. The mouthpiece part 24 comprises a curl part 31 in which the other end is wound outwards, a neck part 32 which is connected to the shoulder part 23; and a connection part 33 which so extends as to connect the curl part 31 and the neck part 32 to each other. The connection part 33 comprises, on the neck part 32 side, a cap engaging part 34 which is engaged with a seaming part 44 formed at a marginal part of a cylindrical extension part 43 which so extends as to cover the connection part 33 in a cap 12 for closing the opening of mouthpiece part 24.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
