PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic ballast track laying device and an elastic ballast track laying method with which it is possible to quickly and precisely lay a track according to a laying environment and location.;SOLUTION: An elastic ballast track laying device 1 has a track skeleton 10 composed of a track R and an elastic ballast 11 to place the track R thereon installed to a base via a height adjusting base 12. The elastic ballast track laying device 1 comprises: a support part 2; a track laying part 3, supported by the support part 2, for laying the track R; a regulating part 4, supported by the support part 2, for regulating the movement of the track laying part 3; a height adjusting part 5, support by the support part 2, for adjusting the height of the track laying part 3; and a lateral slip adjusting part 6, supported by the track laying part 3, for adjusting the lateral slip of the track R.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
