PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that organic acid components such as acetic acid are known to be generated by an explosive-shattering treatment of wood chips, the organic component reduce pH of a ligneous crude fiber, inhabitation of microorganisms becomes difficult by effects of acidity when the wood chips are used as a soil improving material and soil improving performance is reduced.;SOLUTION: At least one kind of fulvic acid or humic acid selected from a group of fulvic acid or humic acid manufactured by impregnating undecomposed organic articles of tree, grass, vegetable dust or deciduous leaf and deciduous branch into pyroligneous acid or bamboo vinegar which are ultra-strong acidic organic acids generated in a manufacturing process of coal and curing them for long time, fulvic acid or humic acid extracted from humic soil and fulvic acid or humic acid extracted from deposit soil at bottom of water area is added in an explosive-shattering treatment process S2 for obtaining a ligneous crude fiber by an explosive-shattering treatment of wood chips consisting of wood waste.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
