PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base structure and the like comprising a wooden column body excellent in construction workability.;SOLUTION: A column base hardware 21 is formed by connecting an upper plate 3 to a lower plate 5 with a steel pipe 15. The upper plate 3 and the lower plate 5 are arranged generally in parallel to each other. The upper plate 3 is positioned at a bottom edge of a wooden column body 13. The lower plate 5 is provided with a plurality of through holes through which a plurality of anchor bolts 9 are respectively inserted and are respectively fastened to the lower plate 5 with nuts. Cement mortar 7 is charged into a gap between the lower plate 5 and concrete 19.
