PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a structure of a touch panel built-in type liquid crystal display from becoming complicated.;SOLUTION: A second transparent substrate faces a facing area of a principal surface of a first transparent substrate, but does not face a non-facing area of the principal surface of the first transparent substrate. One principal surface of the second transparent substrate is oriented to a wiring board. Each of n transmission wirings that are arranged on the principal surface of the first transparent substrate has n pads. N sensor wirings are arranged on the other principal surface of the second transparent substrate. Each of n connections composed of conductive paste electrically connects each of the n sensor wirings to each of the n pads. Each of at least one horn part of a seal protrudes to over the non-facing area of the principal surface of the first transparent substrate from one peripheral part of the seal. The n connections are spaced away from one another by at least one horn part of the seal.
