PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately warn a user who may easily become a victim of a billing fraud.;SOLUTION: A billing fraud prevention device includes: a reception part for receiving specific information from a detection device which detects a user of an automatic transaction machine by a human sensor installed to support a plurality of automatic transaction machines and transmits the specific information when a telephone conversation time of a portable terminal around the plurality of automatic transaction machines reaches a prescribed time; a determination part for identifying the automatic transaction machine that the user is using and determining whether a transfer transaction is being carried out at the identified automatic transaction machine when the reception part receives the specific information; and a generation part for generating warning information when the determination part determines that a transfer transaction is being carried out.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
