PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which measures mass of meal and acquires an image of the meal, thereby capable of calculating a nutritional component with high accuracy.SOLUTION: This calorie management system is a management system for managing a nutritional component of meal of a user through a network, and comprises: a tray 1 for measuring a mass of meal including tableware; an imaging apparatus 22 for imaging meal including tableware placed on the tray 1 to acquire an image; and a management server 3 for managing the nutritional component. The management server 3 comprises: storage means 35 for storing recipe of the meal; analysis means 32 for analyzing the mass and the image of the meal; and calculation means 31 for, based on the analysis result of the analysis means 32, identifying the recipe of the meal from recipes stored in storage means 35, and calculating the nutritional component of the meal corresponding to the identified recipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
