PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game site management system that is capable of improving convenience for a user while securing safety in managing a play medium, and is capable of being easily applied to an existing game machine.SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal devices are arranged so as to correspond to a plurality of game machines, respectively, the game machines having a play medium acceptance device for outputting a first play medium signal depending on insertion of a play medium. A terminal device is configured to be capable of outputting to a game machine a second play medium signal corresponding to the first play medium signal. A play medium depositing/delivering machine is enabled to deliver a deposited play medium when biological information is authenticated. The number of deposited play media of the play medium depositing/delivering machine is stored in association with storage medium identification information as the residual number of usable play media in a management machine. The terminal device transmits to the management machine the number of play media to be used in association with the storage medium identification information. The management machine compares the received number of play media to be used to the stored residual number of play media to determine the propriety of outputting a second play medium signal from the terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
