PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology easily regulating the sale of a commodity required to be collected even if the commodity turns out to be defective in manufacturing after contained in a vending machine and needs to be collected.;SOLUTION: A sales control device includes: reading means for reading a code attached to a commodity contained in a vending machine; acquisition means for acquiring sales control information from an external device using an identifier that identifies a storage location of the sales control information included in the code and indicating whether or not the commodity is a collection target; and regulation means for regulating the sale of the commodity based on the sales control information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
