PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the price of an amount of electricity to be traded without using a certified electricity meter.SOLUTION: A charge and discharge settling apparatus for calculating the price of electric power to be supplied to an electric vehicle receiving electric power from an electric power company, includes: an acquiring unit to acquire information indicating a type of charge and discharge apparatus mounted on the electric vehicle, start time information indicating a time when the charge and discharge apparatus starts charge and discharge, and end time information indicating a time at which the charge and discharge apparatus ends charge and discharge; and a fee calculation unit for calculating a price of electric power to be supplied to the charge and discharge apparatus on the basis of the information indicating the type of charge and discharge apparatus, the information indicating the start time, and the information indicating the end time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
