PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle allocation management device, vehicle allocation management method, mobility system and program, capable of achieving safe and complete running of a vehicle on a route, using an automatic operation technology.;SOLUTION: A route notification unit 211 of a vehicle allocation management device 200 notifies a target vehicle of a running route. A position reception unit 212 receives positional information at a plurality of timings from each of a plurality of vehicles including the target vehicle.
