PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelvis tightening band, pelvis support clothing and a pelvis tightening band wearing method, the band stabilizing a pelvis, restricting excessive movement and guiding correct movement.;SOLUTION: A pelvis tightening band 1 is constituted in a shape of a continuous ring as a whole. The pelvis tightening band 1 has: a pubic symphysis tightening part 2 positioned in a front bottom; left and right anterior superior iliac spine tightening parts 3 extending from the pubic symphysis tightening part to the upper left and right, and passing left and right anterior superior iliac spines; left and right iliac crest tightening parts 4 having each of the left and right anterior superior iliac spine tightening part being positioned in a portion coming around backward, and passing left and right iliac crests; left and right posterior superior iliac spine tightening parts 5 extending from the left and right iliac crest tightening parts to the lower part, and passing left and right posterior superior iliac spines; and left and right ischial tuberosity tightening parts 6 extending from the left and right posterior superior iliac spine tightening parts to the lower part, passing through left and right ischial tuberosity and coming out in a front surface, and being connected to the pubic symphysis tightening part.
