PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information storage device, a medical information search device, a medical information storing method, a medical information storing program and a computer readable recording medium which allow medical information consisting of a plurality of pieces of individual information to be stored as more optimal hierarchized information.;SOLUTION: When storing medical information consisting of a set of a plurality of pieces of individual information about patients' physical conditions or medical procedures for the patients, a medical information storage device 1 divides the plurality of pieces of individual information into a plurality of hierarchies to store them. The medical information storage device 1 comprises an input unit A1 for inputting the plurality of pieces of individual information, a giving unit A2 for giving hierarchy information and relevant information to each of the plurality of pieces of individual information inputted, and a storage control unit A3 for storing the medical information where the hierarchy information and the relevant information have been given to each of the plurality of pieces of individual information. The giving unit A2 gives the hierarchy information so that preferential pieces of individual information belong to prescribed higher hierarchies, the preferential pieces of individual information being predetermined as information for use in later doctors' decision, out of the plurality of pieces of individual information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
