PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in determination of misfire.SOLUTION: A misfire determination device of an internal combustion engine includes an angular speed acquiring portion for acquiring two crank angle speeds respectively corresponding to two crank angle positions determined between a neighborhood of a first compression top dead center as a compression top dead center of a determination target cylinder and a neighborhood of a second compression top dead center as a compression top dead center of a next ignition cylinder in which ignition is executed next after the determination target cylinder, and a misfire determination portion for determining occurrence of misfire in the determination target cylinder when deviation of two crank angle speeds is a prescribed fire determination threshold value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
