PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for transferring a photosensitive resin layer, in which blocking between a photosensitive resin layer and a substrate film can be suppressed without using a protective film for protecting a photosensitive resin layer, the photosensitive resin layer has good coating property, and high resolution can be imparted to the photosensitive resin layer.;SOLUTION: The release film for transferring a photosensitive resin layer is provided that is used for laminating a photosensitive resin layer on an opposite surface (B) opposite to a release layer (A) of a release film having the release layer (A) on one surface of a substrate film. In the release film, a haze value is less than 1.0%, surface roughness SRa(A) of the release layer (A) is less than 10 nm, surface roughness SRa (B) of the opposite surface (B) is less than 10 nm, and the release layer (A) contains a non-silicone-based compound as a main component.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
