PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform a power saving operation of a wireless terminal device in a communication system with a simple process.SOLUTION: A wireless terminal device 202 operates according to a protocol having a plurality of layers. The wireless terminal device 202 includes a first processing unit 11 that performs processing of a first layer of the plurality of layers and a second processing unit 12 that performs processing of a second layer lower than the first layer among the plurality of layers. The second processing unit 12 acquires terminal information of at least one of the state of the wireless terminal device 202 and the operation target of the wireless terminal device 202 and transmits the terminal information to a management device 101. The second processing unit 12 receives power saving operation information on the terminal information from the management device 101 and executes the power saving operation of the wireless terminal device 202 on the basis of the power saving operation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
