PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aroma dispersion equipment capable of dispersing aroma in a wide range using a rotary ventilator that rotates by natural wind, and a harmful animal repelling method using the aroma dispersion equipment.;SOLUTION: Aroma dispersion equipment includes container means with a circular bottom face, in which a repellent a harmful animal avoids or liquid that emits an aroma is arranged, cylindrical body means attached to the upper part of the container means, ventilator means rotatably held by the body means, and columnar support means for supporting the body means. The ventilator means is roughly of a cylindrical shape having a plurality of window parts. The central part of the ventilator means is rotatably held by a center shaft member of the body means, and the ventilator means rotates by the wind force generated when the wind hits the plurality of window parts.
