New method of dispersion of melts in electron beam installations and equipment for its realization

摘要

New method of melt dispersion from the intermediate crucible during electron beam remelting has been developed. Technological outfit for its realization in the electron beam furnace has been manufactured. Process of producing ingot of aluminium alloy AMg1 using the new method is described. Macro- and microstructures of the sample produced are examined.
