PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening forming device for a reinforced concrete skeleton and a method of using the same, the device being able to smoothly continue an operation work even when a sleeve gets stuck after engaging with a cut piece of a reinforcing bar.SOLUTION: An automatic opening forming device for a reinforced concrete skeleton, the device including a sleeve 12 of a boring device 13 that forms an opening by boring a communicating hole in the reinforced concrete skeleton, comprises: a cutter 17 that is provided on an outer surface side of the reinforced concrete skeleton and cuts the sleeve 12 stuck in the reinforced concrete skeleton; and a recovery sleeve 12X that is disposed replaceably with a proximal end side of the sleeve 12 cut by the cutter 17, performs coring to a periphery of a distal end side of the sleeve 12 up to a position where the distal end side of the sleeve 12 remaining in the reinforced concrete skeleton can be pulled out, and has a diameter different from one of the sleeve 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
