PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having high transparency, and suitable for fluorescent observation of a biomolecule, a method of manufacturing a laminate, an analytical instrument, a surface treatment liquid capable of using for manufacturing a laminate having high transparency, and suitable for fluorescent observation of a biomolecule, and a biomolecule adsorption layer.;SOLUTION: The laminate of the present invention includes: a substrate 1; and a biomolecule adsorption layer 2 on the substrate 1 where the biomolecule adsorption layer 2 is composed of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) layer. The method of manufacturing the laminate of the present invention includes: a process of coating the substrate with an adhesion agent to form an adhesion layer; and a process of coating the adhesion layer with a biomolecule adsorption liquid to form the biomolecule adsorption layer. The surface treatment liquid of the present invention includes a PVDF solution. The biomolecule adsorption layer of the present invention is composed of a PVDF layer.
