PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically weld a connection bracket in many sides of a steel frame material without rotating the steel frame material.;SOLUTION: A steel frame material welding system of the present invention comprises: a first chuck mechanism for grabbing brackets arranged on the part tray; a movement mechanism for moving the first chuck mechanism grabbing the bracket to the vicinity of a steel frame material; a second chuck mechanism for receiving the bracket from the first chuck mechanism moved to the vicinity of the steel frame material; a pressing mechanism for moving the second chuck mechanism and pressing the bracket to the surface of the steel frame material; a first welder having a first welding torch and the movement mechanism for moving the first welding torch, and welding a part of the first side while moving the first welding torch along first side of the bracket pressed by the surface of the steel frame material; and a second welder having a second welding torch and a movement mechanism for moving the second welding torch, and welding a part of the second side while moving the second welding torch along the second side opposed to the first side of the bracket pressed to the surface of the steel frame material in synchronization with a first welder.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
