PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which automatically collects and records useful data for objectively evaluating satisfaction and interest of a customer, without giving any burden to the customer.SOLUTION: An personal trend recording apparatus has: an image acquiring unit for acquiring moving image data obtained by capturing an object area; a person detecting unit for detecting and pursuing a person acting in the object area by analyzing the moving image data; an event detecting unit for detecting an event which happens to the person during a period of pursuit of the person by analyzing the moving image data; a physiological psychological index detecting unit for detecting time-variant change of the physiological psychological index of the person during the pursuit period by analyzing the moving image data; and a trend recording and generating unit for generating, as trend recording data of the person, data obtained by associating at least one or more events which happen to the person and the time-variant change of the physiological psychological index of the person in terms of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
