PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete block joint structure and a precast concrete block joint structure body provided with the same with which it is possible to construct a precast concrete block joint structure body for a bridge floor slab and the like more efficiently than the conventional art, and with which it is possible to increase the degree of freedom for specifying its thickness.;SOLUTION: A precast concrete block joint structure comprises: a male joint 10 integrally embedded in one precast concrete block 2 in a state where a fitting protruding part 13 protrudes from a joint end surface of the one precast concrete block 2, and a female joint 11 integrally embedded in the other precast concrete block 2 in a state where an opening part of a fitting recessed part 17 is opened on a joint end surface of the other precast concrete block 2.
