PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device capable of reducing a gap resulting from warpage of plates or looseness of components, a noise insulation cover using the fastening device, an air conditioner including the noise insulation cover, and an air conditioner using the fastening device.;SOLUTION: A fastening device is configured to fasten one ends of two plates. At the one end of at least one of the two plates, provided is a folded part that is folded inwardly to form a bent part. At the one end of the other plate, provided is a folding reception part having a step therein and extending forward.
