PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an improvement in mounting a component of electronic equipment to a component carrier, thereby achieving flexibility concerning different contents to be mounted and a desired additional function while having high mounting capability.SOLUTION: An automatic mounting machine includes a first portal system including: a first guide element 112a extending along a first direction y; a first carriage 114a movably supported by the first guide element; a second guide element 122 attached to the first carriage and extending along a second direction x; and a second carriage 124 movably supported along the second guide element.
