PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance measurement system, an impedance measurement device, a computer program for impedance measurement and an impedance measurement method with which it is possible to measure the impedance of a power transmission line without causing the supply of power of the power transmission line to stop.SOLUTION: A current value and voltage value at a first measurement point 9a and a current value and voltage value at a second measurement point 9b of a power transmission line 9 are measured. An impedance Z between the first measurement point and second measurement point of the power transmission line 9 and the position K of an electric leakage point are calculated using the current value and voltage value at the first measurement point 9a and the current value and voltage value at the second measurement point 9b when the current value at the first measurement point 9a becomes a first set value that is previously set and the current value and voltage value at the first measurement point 9a and the current value and voltage value at the second measurement point 9b when the current value at the first measurement point 9a becomes a second set value that is previously set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
