PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a time stamp storage service by public institution to be further expanded, and realize a time stamp management service on one stop in cooperation with a time stamp issuance service.;SOLUTION: A time stamp management system 1 certifies time when a user's electronic document 5 was present, and manages a TST 21 including time information authenticated by a time stamp station 2 fir detecting tampering of the electronic document 5. The time stamp management system 1 comprises a time stamp management section 13 for managing information relating to the TST 21 received from the time stamp station 2, and a storage service collaboration unit 14 for sending the TST 21 to the time stamp storage service 3 and requesting to store it based on an instruction from the time stamp management unit 13 and receiving deposit information responded from the time stamp storage service 3 according to the storage of the TST 21.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
