PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call command system capable of maintaining security in an emergency call command system and easily operating the emergency call command system.;SOLUTION: A case terminal which receives an emergency call comprises an input unit and a case terminal processing unit. The input unit inputs common first user information to an emergency call command system 1000 or individual second user information to the emergency call command system for executing a command. The case terminal processing unit executes first login processing on the basis of the first user information or second login processing on the basis of the second user information, and transmits terminal use information containing the first user information, the second user information, and identification information of the case terminal to an authentication server 103. The authentication server includes an authentication server processing unit which executes processing corresponding to the operation performed from the case terminal to execute the command, generates security information associating the terminal use information with a user name corresponding to the second user information, and displays the generated security information in a display unit when the first login processing executed at the case terminal is authenticated and the second login processing is authenticated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
