PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-layer chromatographic preparative isolation method which allows for efficiently acquiring a target spot in a simple manner without risking decomposition of an ingredient of the spot.;SOLUTION: A thin-layer chromatographic preparative isolation method for isolating a spot from a thin-layer chromatography plate is provided, the method comprising the steps of; removing a carrier along a periphery of a spot to be isolated to form a groove (step 1); inserting a nozzle having a packing attached to a front end thereof into the groove formed in the step 1 (step 2); letting a solvent flow out of the nozzle (step 3); and sucking the solvent with a spot ingredient dissolved therein (step 4).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
