PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UAV measuring apparatus capable of easily acquiring an image with three-dimensional data, and a UAV measuring system.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus includes: an aviation body 11; a laser scanner that is installed on the aviation body and performs two-dimensional scanning about a reference optical axis that extends almost vertically downwardly; an imaging unit having an imaging optical axis in parallel to the reference optical axis; and a control arithmetic unit. The control arithmetic unit is configured to synchronize the two-dimensional scanning by the laser scanner with imaging by the imaging unit to map a scan locus acquired by the two-dimensional scanning with the acquired image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
