PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic organism detection device, an aquatic organism detection system, and an aquatic organism detection method that allow for detection of aquatic organism in a shorter period of time.SOLUTION: The aquatic organism detection device of the embodiment includes an image input unit, a wavelength band processing unit, and a shape discrimination processing unit. The image input unit acquires image data created on the basis of signal strength for each of a plurality of wavelength bands of light from raw water from an imaging apparatus that images a flow cell through which raw water flows. The wavelength band processing unit extracts pixel regions that include images of organism that is the detection target included in the raw water from images in the image data on the basis of the signal strength for each of the plurality of wavelength bands in the image data. The shape discrimination processing unit discriminates the organism that is the detection target on the basis of the shape of the pixel region extracted by the wavelength band processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
