PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teacher selection technique capable of achieving a higher teaching effect by properly selecting an instructor and a user in view of teaching effect.SOLUTION: The health guidance support device includes: a processor; and a storage part readable and writable from the processor for supporting a health guidance of participants. The storage part holds a piece of user information of the participants, and a piece of lifestyle habit information accumulating results of the health guidance of each of the participants. The processor generates plural clusters by sorting the participants from the user information, calculates a proper score of each of the plural instructors based on the results of the health guidance of the participants for each of the clusters, and holds the same in proper determination information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
