PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of an industrial property right in which one joint owner can confirm intention of the other owner each other.;SOLUTION: A management method that manages cost payment required for maintaining an industrial property right requested from a customer is provided, and the management method executes a limit date acquisition step that acquires a payment limit date of cost using a processing device which can access to a bibliographic database, a limit date notification step that notifies a customer of the payment limit date, and queries whether or not to pay the cost, a response receiving step that receives a response for necessity or unnecessity of cost payment from each of customers, and a response notification step that notifies all the customers associated with the industrial property right related to the joint ownership, of each response for the industrial property right related to the joint ownership.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
