PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the transition behaviors between an amphipathic molecule and a micelle and between the micelle and a vesicle in a mixed state without isolation of solution components.SOLUTION: This spectroscope includes: a frequency spectrum acquisition unit 20A for acquiring the frequency spectrum indicating the transmittance for the frequency for each surfactant concentration, by Fourier-transforming each of a plurality of terahertz wave signals detected when a plurality of surfactant mixed aqueous solutions generated at various surfactant concentrations are used as sample solution films; a frequency specification unit 20B for specifying a frequency at which transmittance change is the largest among a plurality of frequency spectra; and a correlation characteristic acquisition unit 20C for acquiring the correlation characteristic indicating the transmittance for the surfactant concentration at the specified frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
