PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component having no wrinkles in an optical path region of an optical surface.SOLUTION: In an optical component 1 optically connecting a light emitting element 5 and an optical fiber 22, there is an optical surface 13 reflecting light H in the middle of the light path for the light H travelling from the light emitting element 5 to the optical fiber 22. The optical surface 13 has an optical path region 14 as a region where the light H is reflected and a non-optical path region 15 deviated from the optical path region 14, on the same surface.
