PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information gathering system and the like capable of gathering information on unconnected apparatuses provided in a plant or the like while preventing the occurrence of unnecessary cost or induction of human errors.SOLUTION: An information gathering system gathers information on unconnected apparatuses, i.e. apparatuses or equipment not connected with a system capable of information gathering. The information gathering system includes: an information gathering terminal device including an input unit that inputs at least any one of information and numerical data indicating states of the unconnected apparatuses to an information input screen displayed on a display unit and transmits input information to the information input screen input via a second communication unit to a network; and an information gathering server device including a first communication unit that gathers the input information from the information gathering terminal device via the network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
