PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent from being known as to from which portable terminal information was transmitted without changing an address of the portable terminal.SOLUTION: The information gathering system includes a server device and a terminal device. The terminal device includes a transmission section for repeatedly transmitting information to the server device with the same transmission source address as the other terminal device and with almost the same period as the other terminal device.
