DIFFERENT MATERIAL BONDING METHOD AND DIFFERENT MATERIAL-BONDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bond strength in a different material bonding method.SOLUTION: A sheet plate frame 2 and a thin plate 4 comprise different materials. Plural open holes 4c are formed on a portion of the thin plate 4 which is overlapped on the steel plate frame 2. Plural projections 6c, which can be respectively inserted into the open hole 4c, are formed on an accessory plate 6. An adhesive 8 is coated onto a portion of the steel plate frame 2 on which the thin plate 4 is overlapped. The thin plate 4 is overlapped on the steel plate frame 2, the steel plate frame 2 and the thin plate 4 are bonded to each other by the adhesive 8. The accessory plate 6 is so overlapped on the thin plate 4 that the projection 6c is inserted into the open hole 4c. The projection 6c and the steel plate frame are welded, thereby forming plural weld points 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
