PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating apparatus, a terminal device, an evaluation program, and a reply program which can express intuition of a target person more accurately by a simple operation, as compared with a case where the intuition of the target person is expressed by the number of thrust operations.SOLUTION: A server device 4 as an example of an evaluating apparatus includes: notifying means for notifying a user terminal device 2 of a reply request; and evaluating means for obtaining subjective data which expresses subjective intuition of a target person by an evaluation value, from objective data calculated based on a plurality of tap operations performed by the target person on the user terminal device 2 which is notified of the reply request in consideration of intervals between the tap operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
