PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling tunnel lining photographing device and a travelling tunnel lining photographing method that can obtain a tunnel lining image clearer than images taken with a prior art by solving problems of the prior art.SOLUTION: A travelling tunnel lining photographing device of the present invention is a device to photograph a tunnel lining while travelling, and includes a travelling body, lighting means (installed on the travelling body), image acquisition means (installed on the travelling body), and control means.
