PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing structure that causes no stress by fastening, being light-weighted and excellent in designability, being easily mounted and detached, and being comfortably stably mounted, and utilizes bone conduction, and a hearing device having the structure and utilizing bone conduction.;SOLUTION: A hearing device is composed of: a housing in which a bone conduction drive for transforming an acoustic electric signal into vibration is stored; a vibration output structure for outputting vibration transformed by the bone conduction drive; and fastening structure that is mounted by interleaving a vicinity of antitragus with a hook that is arranged upward of the housing and hooked onto a dent near the antitragus projecting at an outer peripheral edge of an ear hole and a clip that is arranged downward of the housing in an openable and closable fashion.
