The present disclosure relates to a method for collecting exosomes and microvesicles (EMV) from urine, a method for isolating the corresponding mRNA, and a method for analyzing expression patterns to diagnose and treat various post-renal transplant complications. In particular, the annexin 1 mRNA expression pattern is analyzed by unique diagnostic techniques.
