PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately guide a customer with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A customer guidance system 1 guiding a customer to ATMs 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, ... serving as automatic transaction devices includes a customer guiding monitor 6 guiding the customer to the automatic transaction devices, a 3rd camera 4 serving as detection means that detects the customer, and a speaker 7 serving as output means outputting visual guidance information such that a visual line of the customer detected by using the detection means is directed to the customer guiding monitor 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
