PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep quality improving device for improving a sleep quality by blocking a non-respiratory condition and by detecting the case, in which the non-respiratory condition comes, to promote the resumption of the aspiration.;SOLUTION: A device for improving the quality of human sleep comprises: detection means for detecting the non-aspiration state or snore of a person in sleep; stimulation means for stimulating a person from the outside; and control means for starting or stopping the stimulation means in accordance with the detection result by the detection means.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
