PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment method and a wastewater treatment apparatus for effectively removing a selenium component and a cyan component from wastewater containing the selenium component and the cyan component, and coal gasification power generation equipment with the same.;SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment method comprises: an oxidation and decomposition step of adding an oxidant to wastewater containing a selenium component and a cyan component to convert the wastewater into acidic wastewater, then adding the oxidant to the acidic wastewater and stirring them thereby oxidizing the selenium component to change it to +4 valence and decomposing and removing the cyan component; a first separation step, after the oxidation and decomposition step, of adding alkali to the acidic wastewater to convert the acidic wastewater into neutral wastewater, and adding a coagulant to the neutral wastewater to form a first aggregate, and solid-solution separating the first aggregate; and a second separation step, after the first separation step, of adding salt iron and the coagulant to the neutral wastewater to form a second aggregate and solid-solution separating the second aggregate, wherein the salt iron is added to the acidic wastewater in the oxidation and decomposition step.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
