PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy head which emits sounds to the outside while inhibiting alteration, and to provide an ear plug attached to the dummy head.;SOLUTION: A dummy head 1 includes: a housing 2 in which a space 20 is formed; and a speaker 3 which is disposed in the space 20 and generates sound waves by vibrating a diaphragm 31. The housing 2 is formed with a lip opening 25a allowing communication between the exterior of the housing 2 and the space 20. The speaker 3 is disposed so as to cover at least part of the lip opening 25a from the space 20 side and forms a gap between a peripheral edge part of the speaker 3 and an inner surface 20a of the housing 2.
