PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repel easily a herd of starling forming a group on an electric wire arranged in an urban area and ensure safety of a worker.;SOLUTION: A starling group repelling tool includes: a floating body including a balloon filled with helium gas inside, sealed, and including an outer surface as a light reflection surface, a light radiator capable of emitting radiation light toward the balloon and attached directly below the balloon, and a string connected to the balloon at one edge, suppressing floatation with a fixed length, and permitting oscillation of the balloon; and a rod body fixing the other edge of the string and allowing the floating body to be carried horizontally with a fixed length longer than the length of the string.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
